• Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless

  • 1 tablespoon Pirogues Blackened Seasoning

  • pat of butter or teaspoon of olive oil

  • shredded cheese

  • salad greens

  • ranch dressing

Start by cutting your chicken into the size pieces you'd prefer.  With a medium heat setting add butter or olive oil to your pan, then add the chicken and season it up with Pirogues Blackened Seasoning.  A teaspoon or tablespoon will cover up to 4 servings.  You can always add more!!  Flip all pieces over to ensure complete cooking.  Once your chicken is cooked completely serve it over the salad of your choice with fresh grated sharp cheddar cheese and ranch dressing.  I always add a dash of blackened seasoning to my salad too.
